Hello friends,
For those of you who may not already know, We decided to build a modified 'Chesterfield Elite' by McDonald Jones Homes, right here in Fernville Pitt Town, part of the beautiful Vermont Estate, North-West of Sydney.
Choosing to build here was easy. It was not only accessible to the Hawkesbury River where we frequently water skied, but to major shops like Rouse Hill Town Centre, and the well known historical towns of Windsor & Richmond alike. Our two boys are both within easy access and a short distance to Arndell Anglican College where they both attend.
Once we purchased our 1550m2 block of land, we didn't have to look far to find the 'right' builder to build our 'Dream Home' and when we found the perfect design, we knew that it would give us the best opportunity to create the 'Perfect Oasis' and still give our children room to grow.

'Our Asian Creation' (name of blog), is our interpretation of bringing together a 'Modern' home, with an Asian twist. Our aim is to have a calming and relaxing feel which includes hints of Balinese memorabilia from the moment you open the door.
With this in mind, we have named our home 'Santai' which is derived from Indonesia meaning 'Rest' or 'Relaxation'
